Gullick Property & Projects Limited (t/a GULPRO) was formed in May 2008 by Southland born and bred, and the company Managing Director, Noel Gullick. Noel has spent the last 5 plus years managing Invercargill’s two largest office blocks. During this time he administered over 40 separate leases, managed the day to day R & M, administered the company business and planned, initiated, managed and achieved numerous refurbishments and fitouts. With this valuable experience he has now established this independent business to fulfil the needs of the local market:
